Due to the Big Picture system change, as part of the first online renewal application process, you will be required to enter all information for each vehicle in service (primary and backup) by your agency. Subsequent renewal applications will be auto filled with the entered vehicle roster and available for updating.
During the application process, there will be one page to delete members and one page to add members to your agency roster. Directions for each step are located within the application.
Do not use your browser’s back button during the online application process. To change an answer on a previous page, or to review your application before submitting, use the “Save for Later” button to save your application, log back in, and click the “Resume Application” button to make changes, complete, or review the application. Click the “Exit” button at the bottom of the page to exit the process at any time.If you will be away from your computer for any period of time during the process, it is strongly advised to click on the “Save for Later” button at the bottom of the page to minimize the risk of losing data you have input into the system. You can then log in at a later time through the “Resume Application” button.
